Questions, answered
Do you take a deposit?
Only for acrylic full sets and nail art over an hour: £10 when you book, taken off the price on the day.
What if I need to cancel?
Move or cancel free up to 24 hours before, with the link in your confirmation. Inside 24 hours we keep the deposit.
Do I need a patch test?
We ask about allergies before every first visit. If you've reacted to gel or acrylic before, book a free patch test at least 48 hours before your set.
How long does BIAB last?
Three to four weeks, then an infill. Keep it going and your natural nails grow out stronger underneath.
Can I bring my own design?
Yes, please do. Send a photo with your booking and Hana will tell you the price and how long it needs.
Will you remove another salon's gel?
Of course. A gentle soak-off is £10, or free when you book a new set with us.
